Penn's Pico 4e review video - Addendum
This marks the first video I've actually scripted since the Beatmania video back in 2021 (thanks for 5k views btw!!), I was tired of how long and bloated my recent videos were getting and felt like I needed a bit more structure and planning. Naturally I ended up ad-libbing as I was shooting but hopefully the video feels a bit more put-together than my last few.
I'm quite happy with how the video turned out, I feel like I was able to shave off enough bloat to the point where I think the pacing is tolerable (although it still suffers from my trademark issue of only ever getting to the good bits in the last two quarters of the video).
This video is also the first I shot entirely on an actual DSLR camera and not my crappy phone camera (besides a single pickup shot filmed on my brother's iphone), which would have made it look a lot nicer than before IF I HAD ACTUALLY KEPT MYSELF IN FOCUS. Yeah I have no excuses for that, hopefully it wasn't too distracting ^^'
Oh also the audio is pretty bad but that's the case with all of my videos, IDK what it is with audio editing but I just cannot get everything levelled right. But enough rambling, onto the music.
I'll be completely honest, I mostly just chose songs out of my existing library for this one so there's not a clear theme like I normally like to have in my videos, blame it on there being no interesting VR game OSTs!
